Nanmayil (“we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for our customized gifts, which include laser-cut, engraved, and personalized items, as well as customized T-shirts. This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which we process, dispatch, and deliver orders within India. By placing an order with Nanmayil, you (“Customer” or “you”) acknowledge and accept the shipping and delivery practices described below. Our Policy complies with the Indian Contract Act, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 National Coverage Nanmayil ships to most locations across India (“pan-India coverage”) through trusted courier partners: DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, and Professional Couriers.

2.2 Remote & Unserviceable Locations Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable due to courier limitations. If your delivery location is determined to be unserviceable after you place an order, our team will contact you to discuss alternatives, or process a refund if delivery is not possible.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Calculation of Shipping Costs Shipping fees may vary based on factors such as product weight, dimensions, order value, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to finalizing your order.

3.2 Free Shipping Occasionally, Nanmayil may offer free shipping promotions for select products, order values, or delivery regions. Terms of such promotions will be specified at the time of purchase.

3.3 Additional Charges If a delivery attempt fails due to customer error (incorrect address or recipient unavailable), additional re-delivery or return charges may apply.

4. Delivery Timelines

4.1 Standard Timelines Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to metro cities may be completed sooner, while those to remote or difficult-to-access areas may take longer.

4.2 Indicative Estimates All delivery times quoted are indicative and do not constitute contractual obligations. Actual delivery times may vary based on: Courier partner schedules Public holidays or local restrictions Adverse weather or transportation disruptions Unforeseen circumstances beyond Nanmayil’s control

4.3 Delayed Deliveries Nanmayil is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events (see Section 8).

4.4 Dispatch and Production Timelines As each product is custom-made, production time may vary depending on complexity and order volume. Production and dispatch timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation if they deviate from the standard window.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information Once your order is dispatched, Nanmayil will provide tracking details through SMS, email, or your registered account on our website. You may use these details to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your shipment directly with the courier partner.

5.2 Support for Tracking Issues If you experience difficulties tracking your order, please contact our customer support (see Section 10) and we will assist you in liaising with the courier partner.

6. Failed Deliveries & Re‑Delivery

6.1 Incorrect / Incomplete Details If the delivery address, contact number, or recipient details provided by you are incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, the courier partner may not be able to deliver your order. In such events: The order may be returned to Nanmayil or held at the local courier office pending clarification. Additional re-delivery or return-to-origin charges may be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

6.2 Recipient Unavailability If you or your authorized recipient are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may make a limited number of redelivery attempts or leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

6.3 Customer Responsibility It is your responsibility to: Provide accurate and complete delivery details (address, phone number, recipient name) Be available to receive the order during the estimated delivery window

7. Risk of Loss & Title

7.1 Transfer of Risk Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the courier partner; that is, when the order is marked as "delivered" in the courier’s system.

7.2 Courier Records Conclusive Courier tracking records will be considered final for confirming delivery unless explicitly disputed with credible evidence within 48 hours of stated delivery.

7.3 Damage Upon Delivery If you receive a damaged package, please document the condition with photos/videos at the time of unboxing and promptly notify Nanmayil (see Refund & Cancellation Policy for claim process).

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Events Nanmayil is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or other failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as: Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms) Pandemic outbreaks, government lockdowns, or regulations Strikes by transport/courier or labor unions War, riots, or terrorism Disruption of courier/cargo networks or supply chains

8.2 Mitigation In such cases, we will endeavor to inform customers of expected delays and work with courier partners to resume normal delivery as soon as feasible.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1 Laws This policy and all associated matters are governed by Indian law, including: The Indian Contract Act, 1872 The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 9.2.

9.2 Jurisdiction All disputes arising from this policy or shipping-related issues shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
