At Nanmayil (“we,” “us,” “our”), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized gifts designed uniquely for each customer. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms, conditions, and procedures for refund, replacement, and cancellation requests in compliance with Indian law. By making a purchase on our website, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to the terms set forth below. Nanmayil operates exclusively within India, and all transactions are subject to Indian law as specified herein. Please read this Policy carefully prior to placing any order.
2.1 Customized Orders are Final Due to the personalized nature of our products (including but not limited to laser-cutting, engraving, personalization, and customized T-shirts), we maintain a firm policy of NO returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed. Production is initiated immediately to ensure prompt delivery, and each product is made uniquely for the customer.
2.2 Non‑Applicability This policy applies to all orders placed with Nanmayil, whether through our website, by email, social media, or any other official channel.
3.1 Exceptions. Refund or replacement will be allowed ONLY in the following circumstances:
3.2 Shipping Damage. While we are not responsible for courier delays or logistics disruptions, if your product is damaged in transit, you are eligible for a refund or replacement per the process in Section 4.
3.3 No Refunds for Customer Mistakes Refunds will NOT be offered for errors in customization details (e.g., incorrect names, photos, sizes, spellings, or designs) provided by the customer. Please carefully review your details prior to submitting your order.
3.4 No Refunds for Non-Defective Fit/Size Issues For customized T-shirts and apparel, refunds are not provided for fit or size issues unless the product is defective or does not match your confirmed order. Refer to size guides and previews before ordering.
4.1 Mandatory Notification Timeline Customers must notify Nanmayil within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is any claim for damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
4.2 Proof Requirement Claims must be supported by clear photographic and/or video evidence of: Damaged areas; Defects; Entire product and packaging (preferably unboxing video for transit damage claims); Proof of incorrect product if applicable.

4.4 Verification Nanmayil reserves the right to verify the claim before authorizing any refund or replacement. We may request additional information or clarification and, if necessary, arrange for the product to be returned for inspection. Nanmayil’s determination after verification is final and binding.
4.5 Claims Notified Late Claims received after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement, except at Nanmayil’s discretion in extraordinary circumstances.
Refunds or replacements will NOT be granted:
6.1 No Cancellations After Confirmation Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, as production begins immediately. Please ensure all order details are accurate at the time of submission.
6.2 Erroneous or Duplicate Orders If you believe you have placed an order in error or made a duplicate purchase, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may, at our sole discretion, accommodate your request.
7.1 Verification Period Once a claim is submitted, Nanmayil aims to complete verification within 3–5 business days.
7.2 Replacement Dispatch If your claim is approved for a replacement, we will initiate production and dispatch within normal delivery timelines, subject to availability of materials.
7.3 Refunds If a refund is approved: It will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (subject to bank/payment gateway processing). You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
Refunds, where applicable, will only be credited: To the original method of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, bank account, net banking), or As store credit, only if the original method is unavailable and agreed in writing between both parties. We are not responsible for delays attributed to external banks or payment gateways.
9.1 Third‑Party Delivery We partner with trusted couriers (DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, Professional Couriers) but do not guarantee timelines. Delivery times stated are only estimates.
9.2 No Liability for Courier Delays Nanmayil cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, weather, regulatory interventions, or events beyond our control.
9.3 Transit Damage. Products damaged in transit, as documented and reported per Section 4, will be eligible for refund or replacement.
Nanmayil shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, obligations under this Policy or any order due to events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, strikes, governmental orders, acts of God, or courier disruptions).
11.1 This Policy is governed by: The Indian Contract Act, 1872 The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and any other applicable local/state regulations.
11.2 All disputes arising from, relating to, or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
